User Account Access || All Accounts Option Mapping Issue (Doc ID 2952643.1)

Symptoms

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to map accounts using the All Accounts radio button option in the User Account Access screen the following error occurs.

ERROR

System can not process the request currently, please try again later

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to an application as an admin user
2. GCIF -> user account access -> Map -> all account -> click on save
3. Mentioned error was noted on the screen

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot map accounts in the GCIF User Account Access screen..
