On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

Facility closure failed

User has tried to close the facility , system has raised error.

ST-SAVE-022 - Failed to Authorize the Record

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From GEDFACLT screen, try to close the facility and authorize the record

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the facility record
