Symptoms
When attempting to view Credit Facility details,
following error occurs.
ERROR

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Credit Facility management-->Credit Facility-->Facility details
3. Choose Facility
