Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Process status of account is in X status

Hi Team,

We have currently applied the patch and the version is on 14.6.0.3.0
When we create account is STDCUSAC--> the process status of account is in X status.
The accounts created are not moving to STDCRACC.
CIF created is moving to core tables and the process status is P.
This scenario is working fine in 14.6.0.2.0

User wants to create account is STDCUSAC

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. We have currently applied the patch and the version is on 14.6.0.3.0
2. When we create account is STDCUSAC--> the process status of account is in X status.
3. The accounts created are not moving to STDCRACC.
4. CIF created is moving to core tables and the process status is P.
5. This scenario is working fine in 14.6.0.2.0

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create account is STDCUSAC--> the process status of account is in X status.
