>Change log is not reflecting and BDF executes normally with no update in CHG_LOG table
>BDF fails with Error analyzing table SIT_OFSAAFCCM.DIS_ACCT partition NULL : Error in p_single_table_analyze procedure : ORA-20011: Approximate NDV failed: ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEOPEN callout
ORA-29400: data cartridge error
