OBPM - Incoming SWIFT Messages Taking Longer Time To Reach Incoming Browser (Doc ID 2953969.1)

Goal

When 8 incoming messages are uploaded to "ready" folder in a test environment, they move to "processed" folder in 10 seconds after the job picked them up.

However, the messages take a long time to reach "incoming browser"(PMSINBRW).

For 4 messages it takes almost 30 mins. For 12 messages around 1.5 hrs - 2hrs. So, the 12 messages appear in the incoming browser at same time after 2 hrs.

How to reduce this time taken ?
