Save Button is not working after entering all the details in PGDOBULK screen
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
After entering the details in BGDOBULK screen, when user is trying to save the case, SAVE button gets hanged. Null values are inserting in the PGTBS_OUT_CLG_ENTRIES as per log.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Save button should work as expected.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to PGDOBUL screen
2. Enter all the details including UDF details
3. Click SAVE
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save in PGDOBULK screen.

Fix given to save details in PGDOBULK.
