Symptoms
When attempting to create corporate user under group corporate onboarding, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Given username is already present in the underlying identity store.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with ADMIN MAKER --> Create the corporate user under Group corporate onboarding --> Submit for Approval.
2. Login with ADMIN CHECKER --> Reject the Pending request for user creation under Group Corporate Onboarding Wizard.
3. Now re-login with ADMIN MAKER --> Open the Group Corporate Onboarding Wizard and create user with same userID under personal information.
4. Error is observed on screen as "Given username is already present in the underlying identity store".

Due to this issue, corporate user will not be able to use rejected username.
