Symptoms
When attempting to view transaction summary on Credit Facility details page,
following error occurs.

Timed out exception
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Credit facility Management-->Credit Facility-->Facility details
3. Select a facility, proceed, click on Transaction Summary Tab
