ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

"Show session timeout warning" is not displayed on system configuration screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
"Show session timeout warning" should be displayed on system configuration screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via Administrator.
2. Navigate to Configuration > System Configuration > Dynamic Module > Other module
3. Session timeout flag is not present on screen.
