Symptoms

When attempting to create party to party linkage, following error occurs.

ERROR

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.

In Logs:
java.lang.NullPointerException: null
at com.ofss.digx.app.party.service.relation.PartyToPartyRelationship.read(PartyToPartyRelationship.java:399)
at com.ofss.digx.domain.party.entity.relation.policy.PartyToPartyRelationshipCreationBusinessPolicy.partyToPartyRelationshipAlreadyExists(PartyToPartyRelationshipCreationBusinessPolicy.java:82)
at com.ofss.digx.domain.party.entity.relation.policy.PartyToPartyRelationshipCreationBusinessPolicy.validatePolicy(PartyToPartyRelationshipCreationBusinessPolicy.java:63)
at com.ofss.fc.framework.domain.policy.AbstractBusinessPolicy.validate(AbstractBusinessPolicy.java:78)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with following steps:
1. Login via administrator.
2. Navigate to Onboarding > Party To Party Linkage
3. Enter Party Id > Search > Create
4. Under Link Party Id section Search for child party id
5. Click on Save > Confirm.
