On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

EOD has been failed in REINTCP Batch.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post DE entries such that accounting entries are unauthorized
2. Now execute Reconciliation manual matching.
3. Unauthorized entries should not be listed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete EOD
