Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

14.7||OBTF||LC/GTEE closure before expiry date with outstanding amt>0||UAE-10269

We are following below steps:
1. Create an outward gtee or LC
2. Try to close before expiry with LC amount greater than zero
3. System gives error that "contract cannot be closed before expiry date if the LC OS amount is greater than zero-LC-VALS-915"
4. This error should be an override so that user can close an LC/GTEE before expiry with an override.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an outward gtee or LC
2. Try to close before expiry with LC amount greater than zero
3. System gives error that "contract cannot be closed before expiry date if the LC OS amount is greater than zero-LC-VALS-915"
4. This error should be an override so that user can close an LC/GTEE before expiry with an overrid
