Symptoms
On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Consulting
When attempting to loan summary widget,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
component 'loan summary' has no template
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as a retail user
2. Navigate to Dashboard -> My Accounts widget -> Loans and Finances Details
3. click on loan summary widget ,"Error as mentioned above is noted"
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,The user is not able to see the loan summary.
Changes
No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
