Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User is not able to view Customer Details in Customer Panel in OBB for dormant accounts on all screens.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bank user should view customer details for dormant account

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform any transaction with dormant account in OBBRN
2. Verify whether the customer details are displaying
