As per the bdf "CorrespondentBank_JurisdictionUpd", have observed that Client_Bank jurisdiction is being derived from ACCT linked for the client bank.
As per logic, while deriving the jrsdcn_cd for client_bank, it takes the max(jrsdcn_cd) from all the accts linked to the client bank.
This logic do not make sense as jrsdcn_cd are alphanumeric values. Should not blindly get the max(jrsdcn_cd).
As per business request, the max jurisdiction derived from the acct should be based on the data_dump_dt instead of alphabetically.
