Error - ‘Transaction Blackout Already Exists for Given Details’ Observed on Editing 'Transaction Blackout' Transaction (Doc ID 2959044.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to edit the listed 'Transaction Blackout' transaction,
the following error occurs.

'Transaction blackout already exists for given details'


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as 'Admin' user
2. Navigate to Toggle Menu > Controls and Monitoring > Transaction Blackout
3. Create two new 'Transaction Blackout' transactions with the same details but different 'Start Date' and 'End Date'
4. Edit one of the transaction such that 'Start Date' should be same as the other's 'End Date' transaction and click on 'Save' button
5. Observe error - 'Transaction blackout already exists for given details' displayed on the screen
