ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

During change to confirmation, commission start date is not defaulting with confirmation date.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Commissions calculation activates from 2022-DEC-01 to expire date. Commission to be calculated from confirmation date and not from advice date.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created Export LC G125 with operation code Advice on 16-NOV-2021
2. Few EODs happened.
3. Unlocked contract, changed operation code to Confirm.( 01-DEC-2021)
4. Visited preferences, Confirm Percentage - 100%
5. Visited Commissions, start date is defaulted as 16-NOV-2021.
