Symptoms

When attempting to add sub facility and amend it,
following error occurs.

Timed out exception


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Credit Facility Management-->Credit Facility-->Facility Summary
3. On Facility, click Options(3 dots), add sub facility, click Get started on Facility requirement, amend it
