Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Admin user logged in on behalf of the customer through User Helpdesk, and when they attempt to initiate a transaction the system displays the error described below. 

Account setup is done for customer and he can initiate transaction also.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Menu --> Others --> User Helpdesk
2. Enter user type and query on specific user
3. Click on the user name hyperlink
4. Enter OTP & proceed to transactions
5. When clicked on the account hyperlink in the dashboard, system displays message as - 'System can not process the request'.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Admin user cannot access user's account through helpdesk option.
