Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

while rejecting the reported payment at the second level of authorization, the record in the queue is now displaying "unauthorized".
There is also no option available to authorize this now unauthorized record.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Usually, when a transaction is rejected at the second level, it is canceled right away.
