Invalid X Char Set Field Error on Initiate Trade Finance Outward Guarantee Screen (Doc ID 2959838.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While trying to initiate Trade Finance outward guarantee below is observed.
1. Getting console error "n.minClosureDate is not a function" in loader.js observed in browser console when on Instructions tab.
2. Getting “Invalid X char set field.” error on charges screen, preview draft copy, and on review screen while submitting the guarantee.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------
1. The console error which is observed in browser console when on Instructions tab should not come.
2. End user should be shown a more user friendly error message containing information on field for which the error is shown so the user can correct the input.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as corporate user.
2. Use the toggle menu button and navigate to Trade Finance > Bank Guarantee > Outward Bank Guarantee > Initiate Bank Guarantee.
3. Click on Initiate Outward Guarantee and fill up the forms on various tabs one by one. Observe the errors.
