Symptoms
When attempting to process amend Letter of Credit(LC) initiated from Oracle Banking Digital Experience(OBDX) in Oracle Banking Trade Finance Process management(OBTFPM),
following error occurs.

Applicant and Beneficiary cannot be same
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Letter of Credit-->Amend letter of credit, select contract, amend LC
3. Process transaction initiated in step3 in OBTFPM
