Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On Android- enabling quick snapshot after giving login details and enabling it it loads and does nothing after clicking the back button it logs me in like normal login...
Furthermore on clicking on Quick Snapshot just loads and stops
On IOS- Quick snapshot showing the main menu and other transactions
