ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR

The wrong period code was used during the reversal of the EOD balancing entry in the EIDREVRS screen.

SIMULATION STEPS
----------------------
An unbalanced batch was created in the system with the below period code:
entry 1 = period code M03
entry 2 = period code M04
1. During EOD system generated correct balancing entries with appropriate period codes M03 and M04.
2. The next day the balancing entries reversed in screen EISREVRS/EIDREVRS.
3. The system is using only period code = M04 on each entry which is not correct.
