user should be able to change the pricing after unlocking an authorized contract
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Creates the contract under PYDOTONL and saves the contract.
2. Before the contract is authorized, the maker unlocks the record.
3. You cannot make changes to the pricing as the pricing fields are all greyed out.
4. Tried to click enrich and still the charges screen pricing fields are all greyed out.
