OBTR - Customer Address Replication

MSDTRCAD- The Treasury customer address is not populated by the system.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Treasury CIF is populated but the Treasury customer address maintenance
is to be populated in MSDTRCAD screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created CIF - The core customer is populated and the Customer address
maintenance is populated in MSDCUSAD screen.
2. The Treasury CIF is populated but the Treasury customer address
maintenance is not populated in MSDTRCAD screen.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot populated the Treasury customer address
maintenance in MSDTRCAD screen.
