CTR - Transaction Date In Kdd_ctr Table Is Getting Removed (Doc ID 2963262.1)

Goal

While editing the transaction details, Transaction Date in kdd_ctr table is getting removed. System is validating Transaction Date in this table and hence, user unable to submit the report for approval.
