On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

  FCUBS| ORA-00928: missing SELECT keyword error

While applying the unit stvw_acc_facility_linkages.vw in Patchset 14.7.0.2.0, we encountered an error like ORA-00928: missing SELECT keyword error. Syntax error need to be corrected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the stvw_acc_facility_linkages.vw provided in patchset 14.7.0.2.0

Changes

 Apply PS 14.7.0.2.0
