Unable To Approve and Reject Service Request From Request Processing Detail Screen (Doc ID 2964647.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On request processing detail screen, when processing status is changed second time, users are unable to approve or reject service request.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On request processing detail screen, when processing status is changed second time, users should be able to approve and reject service request.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate to toggle Menu -> service requests -> raise a new request
3. Fill the required details and submit.
4. Login via administrator
5. Navigate to toggle menu ->others - request processing
6. Choose the initiated request and approved it from request processing detail page (e.g: status is "accepted")
7. Now go back the request and choose same request again and change status to "pending"
8. And approve or reject the same request.
9. Please check that approve and reject buttons are not working.
