Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For BC-DD Revalidation -> system is calculating the expiry date wrongly by adding old expiry date and revalidation days/months, so user had to do multiple revalidations of old BC-DD which is incorrect.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For BC/DD revalidation -> The expiry date should be calculated based on System current date + revalidation days/months

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Perform BC/DD revalidation
2. Verify the logic to recalculate the expiry date.
