Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Final interest rate in Schedule Payment details does not hold 7 decimal digit.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should display final rate up to decimal digits as maintained for the parameter ROUND_RULE_EXP_METHOD in cstb_param

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain CFDFLTRI rate as 4.2100005
2. Maintain spread margin of 1.5
3. The final rate is expected to be 5.7100005. However, system displays the final rate in 6 decimal point 5.710001 and not in 7 decimal point .

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, final interest rate in payment details is not showing in 7 digit
