System Not Posting IC Accrual With Updated Rate In Conventional Accounts (Doc ID 2965382.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bank change IC profit rate by maintaining a new rate code value on screen OCDRATES, effective from the month of July but system is not posting accrual with updated rate but with the old rate only.

Bank found that there are 2500+ accounts where this rate code is used as special condition , a record is there in Ictm_Acc_Udevals but the upon new rate value maintenance the record in ICTB_UDEVAL_ROW is missing for the month of July.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For all relevant accounts the rate should have been resolved in table Ictb_Udeval_Row

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain IC rate on screen ICDRATES for a new effective date and verify the impact in Ictb_Udeval_Row after EOD for special condition accounts.

Due to this issue, incorrect IC calculation/accrual is suspected.
