Symptoms

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

Non-Utilization Limit not showing on a newly created customer in Flexcube.
On creation of customer record, liability should get created automatically.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Once the customer record is created, verify if corresponding liability is created

Due to this issue, users cannot see the liability records for the customer.
