While checker approves multiple beneficiaries below error is observed,

Trying to insert a duplicate record
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login application ->Navigate to Payments -> Manage Payments ->Select Payment Templates
2. Click on Create ->Create a template for different payee types and network
3. After initiating templates, log in from checker and go to Pending Approvals in Non-Financial
4. Approve multiple beneficiary templates together-> Above error can be seen.
