Symptoms

When attempting to download Transaction Summary from Facility details screen,
following error occurs.

ERROR

System cannot process the request, please try again later

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Credit Facility Management-->Credit Facility-->Facility Details
3. Choose a facility, click on Transaction Summary, click on download
