On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
when disabled the transfer charges but, when we are switching from International transfer or Domestic transfer to the Internal transfer screen this check box is appearing
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
when disabled the transfer charges but, when we are switching from International transfer or Domestic transfer to the Internal transfer screen this check box is not should be showing
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as a retail user
2. Go to Payments --> Transfer --> Transfer Adhoc Payee
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to payment transfer .
Changes
No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
