Symptoms

On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Consulting

When attempting to Cheque Status Inquiry,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

" Error Msg = ORA-00942: table or view does not exist "


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to OBDX Application as a retail user
2. Go to Account module ---> Current & Saving -->
3. click on Cheque Status Inquiry ,"Error as mentioned above is noted"

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the status for the cheque.

Changes

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
