When attempting to authorize, cancelled Non STP transaction in PQDNSAUT, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Restore latest production image in UAT
2. Do cancellation of transaction in NON STP queue PQSNSTPQ
3. Now, authorize it in screen PQDNSAUT and check 'SYSERROR' is displayed

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize cancelled Non STP transaction in PQDNSAUT

Application changes will ensure Derivation date process completes without failure during authorization of cancelled Non STP transaction
