Symptoms

On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to Unable to Approve any Transaction from Admin Checker,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"HTTP 404 not found"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as a Admin Checker user,
2. Click on pending for approvals --> select reference no
3. click on reference no, "Error as mentioned above is noted"

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, The user is not able to Approve any Transaction

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
