On : 14.6.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------

Neft Few transactions going as not generated status and not getting handed-off to SFMS. After we deployed fixes for removing first special character (BUG:35482624) we are facing some transaction going as Non generated status.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
he NEFT transaction message should get handed off to SFMS

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate few NEFT transactions
2. Check if they are getting handed of to SFMS correctly


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system cannot handoff messages to SFMS
