GL Position Maintenance Sub-Screen Inactive on GL Maintenance screen (Doc ID 2966674.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bank is trying to enable GL position functionality however, when they go to the screen (GL Position maintenance tab) it is inactive. The + - signs are disabled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to maintain the currency wise position and position equivalent GLs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.On GL Maintenance screen visit the Position GL Maintenance screen.
2. Check the + - signs are disabled.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot maintain currency positioning.
