CRR Is Not Moving To Pending Approval Status On First Request (Doc ID 2966811.1)

Symptoms

On CRR 8.1.2.3v

On click of "Request for Approval," the CRR status is not moving to Pending Approval status in USSAR.

The status is not getting changed to 'pending approval 'status and it remains in Open status.
If I submit a "Request for Approval" for 2nd time, the CRR status is moving to Pending Approval status.
