Symptoms

Error "IC-BAT-140 ---- ERROR OCCURRED DURING SERVICE CALL TO MARK CUTOFF" for all branches during EOD submission. 

IC-BAT-132 for calc services

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to 14.5.0.7.0
2. Run EOD

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with the ICEOD batch

Changes

Upon Implementation of the latest patchset 14.5.0.7.0 from 14.5.0.5.0, Customer is facing below errors which can be seen from plato log when MCUT service is getting called in POSTEOTI.
