Symptoms
On : 14.5.0.0.0 version,
Unable to close interest rate swap DVDTRONL
User trying to close an interest rate swap with or without a fee then getting the same error for both.
ERROR
-----------------------
Error : The Frequency and Frequency Units are Invalid. DV-SCH-152.
Unhandled Exception. ST-OTHR-001.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From DVDTRONL screen, try to close a DV contract
2. Verify if user is able to close it successfully

Due to this issue, users cannot close the DV contract.
