Unable To Generate Pre-Generated Statement

When attempting to Generate the pre-generated statement,
the following error occurs.
"System can not process the request"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to OBDX Application as a Corporate user
2. go to Accounts -->Current and Saving -->Pre generated statement
3. select a period to download your pre-generated statement,Error as mentioned above is noted
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, The user is not able to Generate the pre-generated statement.
No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
