Login Page Not Coming After OBDX 22.2 Installation (Doc ID 2966883.1)

Symptoms

On : 22.2.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to OBDX application URL login page is not coming up ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Ojet Library is not working ."https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/jet/13.0.0/3rdparty/require/require.js".


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open OBDX application URL login page


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the application for OBDX as the login page itself is not getting loaded.

Changes

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
