Symptoms
On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
When attempting to open Loan Installment Calculator,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
"Access Denied. User does not have permission to perform this action."
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as a retail user
2. Go to Calculator -> Loan Installment Calculator, "Error as mentioned above is noted"
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, The user is not able to open Loan Installment Calculator.
Changes
No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
