Symptoms
On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
When attempting to Create Terms and Conditions Maintenance Transaction
the following error occurs.
ERROR
"Terms and Conditions Maintenance invalid description"
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as a Admin user
2. go to Toggle Menu --> Others --> Terms and Conditions
3. click on Create Terms and Conditions button , In the Terms & Conditions Description field, enter the Arabic characters in description terms and conditions.
4. click on submit button,Error as mentioned above is noted
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to Create Terms and Conditions Maintenance Transaction
Changes
No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
