Symptoms

On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Payment failure error is not shown on screen until the cut-off information boxes are cleared

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Shift the other information boxes when new information is displayed.
This case the Payment failure should shift the cut-off information boxes and be displayed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OBDX Application as a retail user.
2. Navigate to Toggle menu -> Payments -> Payments and Transfers -> Adhoc Payment
3. Enter all details -> Click on Pay.
4. Don't clear the cut-off notification information displayed.
5. Click on Confirm. Here even though the request is sent in network and response is failure the error is not shown.
6. Click on Confirm. Now the error will be displayed "The message template ID entered is not valid"

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to see the failure notification.

Changes

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
